UPLOADING APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Press the Download Application button
2. Click the download icon in the upper right-hand corner
2. Rename the application to your name and close it
3. Reopen the application
3. Fill out the form
4. Once filled out click the Save button
5. Upload through 'Upload File' button
